The User

 

About me… well… this is the most difficult part of stating a blog ).

I believe I am difficult to define. I am a mixture of a lot of things which come from different directions.

I have a BS in Information Science and Research which has given me the opportunity to win two scholarships, both in UK. One through British Council for an internship at CILIP. The other one was at Northumbria University at the School of Computing, Engineering & Information Sciences.

I enjoy learning foreign languages like French, Italian, Spanish, Portugues and German. I have an ability to understand how stuff works and I enjoy repairing and building new things. My father thinks that I should have been a boy, but I enjoy being a girl with special skills .

All this combined with three years experience as a content manager lead me to the understanding that usability and user oriented design are the key elements of any business. This is way I want to get more specialized in understanding user behavior and fulfilling his needs.

I am currently Online Strategy Coordinator at Kubis Interactive and I am specialized in shopping engines and content portals. I believe that blending them together will be the future of online portals, together with online communities and user generated content.
